Payment & Shipping
We offer the following payment options
:Prepayment by bank transfer: Transfer to our company account after order confirmation. Account details will be sent by e-mail.
Purchase on account: Purchase on account with a 14-day payment period. The
use of the B2B portal and payment by invoice/pre-payment is only possible for registered business customers. End customers/consumers please use our B2C shop.
Shipping information
The ordered goods will be delivered with our logistics partner DHL goGreen or by freight forwarding. The shipping method depends on the volume/goods weight.
1.1. shipping conditions
Delivery is made within Germany as well as to EU countries, Switzerland and Great Britain.
1.2. shipping costs (including VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):We calculate the shipping costs according to the order value (gross value of goods):
- from 250 Euro gross value of goods for retailers (e.g. stationary or digital trade) free of shipping costs
- up to 249 Euro - 6,99€ will be charged per 30kg parcel
- EU: from 300kg free of shipping costs for retailers
- EU: up to 299kg - each 30kg parcel 16,90€
- Switzerland and Great Britain on request.
1.3. delivery periods
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 7-10 days, to EU countries, Switzerland and Great Britain within 1-2 weeks after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If the items are ordered with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that has been ordered.
